We are a small home bakery located in Athens, AL, specializing in sourdough breads and sweets. Our baked goods are made with organic ingredients, Berkey filtered water, grass fed butter and Redmond’s real salt. We proudly do not use any artificial colors, flavors, inflammatory oils or toxic bakeware.

Where are you located?
We are located in Athens, AL about a mile from the Athens farmer's market.
Do you offer any gluten-free options?
Not currently. However, sourdough is a naturally fermented bread so most gluten intolerant people can happily enjoy these goods without any issues. I don't recommend trying these items if you have celiac.
Do you sell starter?
Yes! We always have some on hand and would be happy to sell it at anytime. Please make a note in the order form if you would like to purchase starter.
Do you use any kinds of nuts in your kitchen?
No! Our kitchen is 100% nut free.
